Privacy Policy

Summary
Voltway collects nothing. There are no accounts, no analytics and no advertising. The game itself runs entirely offline. Two things do use the network: a page you tap open from Settings, such as the one you are reading now, and the one-time purchase that unlocks the later levels, which Apple handles from end to end.
What is stored on your device
Voltway stores only the following, using the system's standard local preferences storage: the number of the level you have reached; whether haptics, sound effects and music are switched on; whether you have already seen the one-time tutorial and wraparound hints; and whether the level unlock has been purchased.
This data never leaves your device. It is not transmitted anywhere and is not accessible to us or to anyone else. "Reset All Levels" in Settings puts the level number back to 1, and deleting the app clears all of it.
What is not collected
No personal information. No device identifiers. No location data. No usage or crash analytics. No advertising or tracking of any kind, in this app or across any other.
Sharing a finished board
When you tap the share button on a completed level, Voltway renders an image of your board and hands it to the system share sheet. What happens next is entirely your choice and is handled by iOS and whichever app you pick. Voltway does not upload the image anywhere and keeps no copy of it.
If you choose "Save Image", iOS will ask for permission to add to your photo library. Voltway only ever adds; it never reads your photos.
Links that open a web page
"Privacy Policy" in Settings, and "Terms of Use" and "Support" on the About screen, open pages on this website in the system's in-app browser. That does go over the network, exactly as typing the address into Safari would. Nothing from the game is sent along.
The site has no accounts, sets no cookies and runs no cross-site tracking. The server keeps the ordinary access log any web host writes (IP address, time, which page), and may count anonymous visits so we know how many people came by.
"Feedback" on the About screen drafts an email in your mail app with the address, your app version and your iOS version already filled in. Nothing is sent unless you send it.
The in-app purchase
Voltway has one in-app purchase, which unlocks the levels past 30. Apple's StoreKit handles it from end to end: the payment goes through your Apple Account, and we never see or store your card details, your name, or your email address. That transaction is covered by Apple's own privacy policy, not this one.
On your device the app keeps a single flag recording whether the unlock is owned, and re-checks it with the App Store each time it launches. Restoring a purchase asks the App Store what your Apple Account already owns; it sends nothing about you to us.
Third parties
Voltway contains no third-party SDKs, no advertising networks, and no analytics services. StoreKit, which handles the purchase, is Apple's own framework and part of the operating system.
Children
Voltway is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be published at this same address with a new "last updated" date.
