Acceptance
These terms apply when you use Voltway, a puzzle game for iPhone and iPad published by Axqora. By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Licence
Voltway is distributed through the App Store; its current price is shown on the app's App Store page. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, on the terms Apple sets out in the Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement.
The app is free to download and the first 30 levels are free to play. A single non-consumable in-app purchase unlocks every level after that; it is a one-off payment tied to your Apple Account, not a subscription, and there is nothing else to buy. Payment, tax and any refund are handled by Apple under the App Store's terms. We never see your payment details and cannot issue refunds ourselves; refund requests go to Apple.
The unlock stays with the Apple Account that bought it. Reinstalling, or installing on another device signed in to that account, restores it through "Restore Purchase" in Settings. If Apple refunds the purchase, the levels lock again.
You may not sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the app, and you may not decompile or reverse engineer it except where that right cannot be excluded by law.
What the app does
Voltway is a single-player offline puzzle game. There are no accounts, no advertising, and no third-party content. Every level is generated on your device from its level number, so nothing is downloaded — including the levels the purchase unlocks, which are already in the app and simply become playable.
Your content
The share button renders an image of your finished board on your device and passes it to the system share sheet. Anything you then post or send is yours and is your responsibility. We neither receive nor store it.
Availability and changes
We may update, change or discontinue the app at any time. Progress is stored only on your device, so deleting the app, resetting the device or losing it will lose your progress; there is no backup on our side and no way for us to restore it.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Axqora is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
